Why you should consider Drupal for your next project

Why you should consider Drupal for your next project
You may know that Drupal is an open source Content Management System written in PHP, right? What you may not know is that Drupal turns 23 this year, and a lot has changed since its early days. Drupal has evolved from a simple message board to a modern content management framework.

The code has shifted from a bloat of procedural functions to a modern object-oriented architecture based on Symfony 6 components. The core system can be extended with modules, allowing you to integrate with other Symfony components like Messenger, Mailer, the Web Profiler, and many others. Now, Drupal is capable of managing enterprise-level projects and rapidly developing prototypes to build robust and scalable multilingual applications that are secure, flexible, and strongly support advanced content authoring. Drupal can be the starting point of a complex and integrated web application.

In this session, we will explore how Drupal has evolved and how it is an excellent choice for modern PHP developers.
